Update #9: Corduroy Bag Delivery Delay

Hey everyone!

The Corduroy Bags were so close. According to the driver, delivery was attempted but unsuccessful. We’re investigating as to why, but we suspect the driver is at fault.

The driver for our shipment claims that our warehouse declined to sign for the shipment; something we know would not have happened and have confirmed with the warehouse team since.

The driver was supposed to call ahead to arrange delivery with our warehouse team but has not called any of the numbers provided, including Selina and Aidan’s (Carmico owners) personal cell phones. We are escalating this issue to the shipping providers’ management to ensure that our shipment is delivered as expected.

We will continue to post updates as more information becomes available but wanted to give you an update that delivery is delayed.

It's not the best news but it's also not the worst. We want to make sure you don’t stress about your order! The worst that can happen is that it comes later than expected, but it will come. 😤

Please let us know if you have any questions!
