There are so many reasons! Here are a few:
- People come to Carmico for Carmico. You're more likely to sell here than on sites that sell millions of items.
- All resale platforms like Depop, Poshmark, and ebay take a cut of the sales. We do too, but this way you know where your money is going: to the Carmico team and to further support new designs from your favourite brand.
- You get bonus store credit when you sell for store credit!

Once the buyer receives the item, they have 72 hours to confirm it before it is automatically confirmed by the platform. Once the order has been confirmed, you'll receive an email with your store credit or a notice about your payout.

We review all listings to ensure you:
- Clearly and accurately represent the product you're selling.
- Accurately describe and photograph any flaws or damage.
- Accurately assess the item's condition.
- Have listed an authentic Carmico item.

The buyer has an opportunity to reject the item(s) if they are not as described in your listing. They will flag the order and someone from our team will review their case.
We will do our best to mediate with our goal being to make sure both parties are happy with the transaction.

To list an item, log into our partner's seller portal. Enter the order ID and the email associated with the item you want to sell, then follow the prompts to create your listing. If you don’t have the order details, you can simply sign up with your email address to access your order history.
After filling in the required details for your listing, click'Submit my listing for resale.'Your item will be reviewed within 48 hours, and once approved, it will go live.
If there are any issues, you’ll receive an email outlining the steps to make adjustments before approval. -
You do! The price is entirely up to you.

Before your item is published, we review it to ensure:
- Your photos are clear and accurately represent the item
- Any flaws or details are accurately described
- The item’s condition matches the images
- The item is authentic

As a seller, you can choose between two payout options:
- Store Credit: No fee! (If you sell an item for $100, you get $100 in credit to spend on our website)
- Cash: 30% fee applies. (If you sell an item for $100, you’ll receive $70 in cash.)

You’ll get an email with a prepaid shipping label once the sale is confirmed. Print the label and ship your item within 7 days.
The buyer pays a standard, flat rate shipping fee. -
After the buyer receives the item and confirms it (either manually or automatically within 72 hours), you’ll receive an email prompting you to select your preferred payment method—cash or store credit.
Simply log in to your account, head to ‘Your Listings,’ and choose your option.- For cash payments: Complete KYC verification, enter your bank details, and your payment will be processed via Stripe within 7 business days.
- For store credit: Your discount code will be available immediately.

Pre-loved items are the best way to get a hold of hard to find or archived Carmico items.
It also helps give Carmico items a longer life! Most of our resale items have only been worn once or twice. It's best to give them a new home.

You can file a claim to receive a full refund if the delivered items are not accurately described.

If there are troubles in transit, we'll do our best to resolve the shipping issues. We'll compensate all affected parties if there is no other way to resolve problematic shipments.

Unfortunately, no. Since the pre-loved items are coming from a different location, multiple packages must be shipped, so multiple shipping labels must be paid for. The shipping cost is displayed at checkout.
Filing a Claim

If you receive the wrong item, counterfeit products, or products that were misrepresented in the listing, you may be eligible for a full refund through a claim.
Only buyers need to file claims—sellers will have an opportunity to refute misrepresented claims.
