Returns are processed when the package arrives at our warehouse.
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
If you choose Payment Method to have the cost of the items refunded to your original payment method, you will be refunded for the cost of the item minus the cost of the return label.
If you choose Store Credit, you will receive an email containing a gift card code for the full amount once your return is processed. This code will not expire but if you lose it please contact us so that we can send you the code again.
Returned items that are not defective must be returned in resalable condition. If you return an item that is not resalable we will contact you to discuss a resolution.
Any defective items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
International return packages with tracking will say "Delivered" but please know that it has been delivered to our shipping partner's US facility and can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive it at our warehouse.
