Update #8: Corduroy Bags Arriving and Warehouse Prep

Hellooooo!

We have exciting news for all those who did not order Shaped Bags (which will be arriving in the next month or so)!

As mentioned in our last blog, Corduroy Bags and Moth Patches were shipped before Shaped Bags and will be arriving shortly. We received a notice earlier this week that the Corduroy Bags and Moth Patches were loaded onto a truck in British Colombia. They are on the way to our warehouse in Ontario, now!

We’re keeping this update short and sweet as this is a scheduled update for the first of the month. We’ll send another, more detailed update once the truck arrives and our warehouse team begins fulfillment prep. Keep an eye out next week!

As for Shaped Bags, they are still voyaging across the Pacific! We should have a more exciting update for Shaped Bags in late October or early November.

Do I need to do anything?

This update isn’t your last opportunity to update your address, however, the next update will come with a hard cut-off date for address updates on orders without Shaped Bags. If you’ve moved, we recommend sending us your new address as soon as possible.

A few friendly reminders

Production is complete and all items are in transit to our shipping facility. We are still on track to be done fulfillment in Q4. You can view the estimated timeline in our pre-order launch blog. As of our August update, Corduroy Bags will ship earlier than expected.

Orders can no longer be cancelled

We’re past the point of no return now. Hope you like your bag! xoxo

Address updates will be accepted until fulfillment begins

Expect the last call for address updates on orders without Shaped Bags by the first week of October.

There will be additional time for Shaped Bag order address changes with another notification going out once we're ready to fulfill Shaped Bag orders.

We’ll send you reminders before fulfillment begins but it’s always good to update your address sooner rather than later.
