We’re about a week away from the start of fulfillment! Please send us an email with your order number and new address if you’ve moved since placing your pre-order.

Update #6: First shipments arriving
All shipments are in transit and one has arrived which means we’re getting close to fulfillment! If you’ve moved since placing your order, please contact us to update your address.

Update #5.5: Shipping updates and our new US warehouse secured!
Cargo to Canada is on its way, US cargo shipping soon! We are very close to shipping but some unexpected administrative and legal snags delayed the cargo we expected to ship last week.

Update #5: Production complete, a new fulfillment center, and ocean freight
Production is now complete! All Starfall items are packed and ready to go at our manufacturers’ facilities. We’re just finalizing some details with our new US-based 3PL for US orders before we get the shipments on boats.

Update #4: Production Nearing Completion, Tariff Updates, and a New US Warehouse
Stargazer Sweaters are production complete! The rest of the items are almost production-complete and should be ready in the next couple weeks.To our American friends, we are working with a US-based warehouse to minimize the impact of tariffs.
