Update #6: First shipments arriving
Hello Stargazers!
We have an exciting but brief update for you! All shipments are currently on the way to our warehouses and could deliver within the month!
Now is a great time to update your address if you’ve moved since placing your pre-order. We will send another reminder once we’ve received all shipments and are prepping for fulfillment, so if you’re between homes, don’t stress!

- We’re preparing for fulfillment by end of July/early August.
- Reply to this email if you need to update your address.
- Include your order number and new address.
- We successfully received a test shipment to our US warehouse including all mini tees. Pre-orders will ship once all shipments are received by our warehouses.
- All shipments are in transit to our warehouses in Canada and the US.

We’re getting closer to fulfillment so we’re going to start requesting address updates. It’s possible that fulfillment will begin before July ends, so if you have moved since placing your order, please reply to this email or email us directly at hello@carmico.ca with your order number and new address. See section “Action required” above for more details.
If you plan to move later in July or August and are uncertain about where you will be when we begin fulfillment, please let us know! We can hold your order until you are settled into your new home.
We hope to receive everything before July ends, but delays are still possible. We’ll keep you updated if anything comes up!
Non-US
The shipments containing items for non-US orders are on their way to Canada. We’re expecting arrival in 2-4 weeks, depending on customs clearance and shipping lane delays.
US
We shipped a small batch of US-bound items via express to our US warehouse to ensure everything arrived smoothly. The shipment arrived earlier this week, so we gave the go ahead to our manufacturers to send the remaining items.
All remaining shipments bound to our US warehouse are now on the way. Assuming no delays, we hope to have everything ready to ship to US addresses in 3-4 weeks.
All mini tees are currently at our US warehouse waiting for the remaining Starfall items to arrive. Some of you only ordered mini tees, so your order is technically ready to ship. However, to keep things simple for the warehouse for their first time fulfilling a Carmico pre-order, we believe it’s best to wait for everything to arrive before we release any orders for fulfillment.
What’s next?
Now that all shipments are on their way to us, we just have to wait for them to arrive! Our next scheduled update will come on August 6th, but we will send an unscheduled update with details if anything comes up before then.
We will send another update with a final cut-off date for address updates one week before we begin fulfillment.
