We hope you are enjoying the holidays as much as we are!

As mentioned in the previous post, our plan is to start fulfillment next Monday, January 6th. The warehouse team will be returning from their holiday break that day and may take a few days to get back into the swing of things, but we’re hopeful that fulfillment will be done within the week.

That said, the deadline to change your address is Thursday, January 2nd at 11:59 pm EST. This way we have Friday to make all the necessary changes and can go right into fulfillment on Monday.

You can still submit address change requests after the deadline but you must understand that late submissions may be denied. Even if you don’t have your tracking information, your order may have already been packed, labelled, and buried under hundreds of other orders. Fulfillment notifications typically don’t go out until the pickup driver has scanned the package. Depending on your region, your order may have been packed for a few days before you receive a notification. The warehouse team is (rightfully) reluctant to spend time trying to find it; it’s extra work for them in addition to their regular duties. So, please submit your address updates before Thursday, January 2nd at 11:59 pm EST.

Fellow Canadians 🍁

Our warehouse is planning to enable Canada Post rates when they return from the holidays. If Canada Post has caught up post-strike, your order will likely be shipped via Canada Post. Otherwise, expect another Canadian courier like CanPar to handle delivery for your order.

Next Update

The next planned update will go out once we complete fulfillment. We don’t have an exact date for this update since it depends on a few warehouse-related factors. If fulfillment isn’t complete before the 17th (a little longer than we anticipate it to take), we’ll let you know what’s holding things up! Until then, hold tight; you’ll have your pre-order in your hands before you know it. <3
