Hello Stargazers!

Once again we see the love for the cosmos; the pre-order was a success!

Thank you all so much for your support and love for the Starfall collection, it’s our favourite one yet! 💫

We'll be submitting the bulk orders to our manufacturers early next week, but first, we want to remind you all that any cancellations must be requested before March 18th at 11:59 pm EST. After which we will have used the funds you provided for your pre-order to pay for manufacturing costs.

Please review our refund policy for pre-orders.

    • February 28th - March 14th: Pre-order

  • Cancellations and refunds
    • Absolutely no cancellations for original payment method refunds (OPM) after March 18th at 11:59 pm EST (midnight) as production will be in progress.
    • We will allow cancellations for store credit, no questions asked.
      • This is a generous offer most indie brands of our size do not offer. Please respect our efforts to make pre-orders as fair as possible for everybody.
  • Exchanges and restocks
    • You will have ample time to address order issues once pre-orders are fulfilled.
    • After issues are addressed, all extra stock will be available on our site and in-person events.
  • Expected updates
    • Scheduled updates posted before noon on the first Wednesday of every month. Each update will also be emailed directly to you.
      • If you do not receive the email, check the blog page.
    • More updates as major developments occur on a case by case basis.
    • We will send notices to update your address two weeks before fulfillment begins.
  • Reminders from the launch post to consider before we finalize your order
    • Shipping fees will not be refunded if you deny delivery or customs. Familiarize yourself with your regional customs charges.
    • Delays are always possible. We’ve added extra time to account for possible delays as we believe it’s better to under-promise and over-deliver.

Cancellations and Refunds

Pre-orders bear a lot of risks which we have experienced firsthand.

As stated in our refund policy and the pre-order launch blog post, refunds to your original payment method (OPM) are only available before we submit numbers to our manufacturer for production.

In an effort to make it a little more fair to you all, we now allow cancellations at any time for store credit only. No questions asked. Store credit refunds allow us to keep our cash flow and, by extension, our business, healthy. Original payment method refunds are a liability and can put us in the red. Thus, they are not allowed once production has begun.

Compared to our peers in the indie fashion space, our policy is generous. Most other brands of our size do not allow refunds at all. Please respect our efforts to make pre-orders as fair as possible for everybody!

A note to our American friends:

The ongoing trade negotiations could impose higher tariffs on your order before it ships. The uncertainty Trump has imposed on trade is bad for businesses and consumers all over the world and makes it immensely difficult to plan for. We can't predict what kind of tariffs will be in place by the time your order ships. Please consider this as we approach the cancellation cut-off date.

Our hope is, at the very least, that the de minimis exemption (Section 321) will still be in place by the time we ship pre-orders. Trump said he would cancel the exemption once adequate systems were in place. We're under the impression that this will take a lot of time but it’s difficult to be sure.

For as long as the de minimis exemption is still active, your package will not be subject to tariffs. You can learn more about it in our blog post dedicated to the de minimis exemption.

What next?

We’re going to give a few days for unresolved order issues and cancellations to resolve. Then, once all orders are finalized, we’ll compile the pre-ordered quantities and send the order off to our manufacturers.

March 18th at 11:59 pm EST is the last day to request an order cancellation.

March 19th we finalize all pre-orders and submit the bulk orders to our manufacturers.

From then on, we follow the timeline we posted in the kick-off post:

March-May: Production

May-July: Shipping

July-August: Bulk order receipt, address lock-in, and fulfillment

Late August: Pre-order wrap-up

We have scheduled blog updates sent directly to your email on the first Wednesday of every month while the pre-order is in progress.
