To initiate a return please visit our return portal.
Regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges: in case of conflicting sources of information, the information provided in this refund policy takes precedence.
By purchasing from Carmico you are accepting that you understand and accept all of our policies. Accepting this policy is part of accepting our terms before checkout.

Return Window
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Any conflicting return window times stated elsewhere are invalid. We occasionally extend the return window to account for down time, otherwise, your return must be dropped off at your local facility within 60 days.
Cost
🎁 Store Credit: Returns are completely free. You will receive an email containing a gift card code for the full amount once your return is processed.
This code will not expire but if you lose it please contact us so that we can send you the code again.
👕 Exchange: Shipping is completely free both ways. You will receive a confirmation email for the exchange order once your return request is approved. The exchange order will ship once we received your returned item(s).
We do not guarantee product availability. We do our best to work with exchanges but the nature of online purchases makes exchanges difficult. If something comes up that prevents us from fulfilling the exchange (ie. product is unavailable) we will discuss options for equivalent compensation.
💳 Payment Method: If you select one of our carrier’s rates, you will receive a link to pay for your return label once your return request is reviewed. You can also select “Mail” to use your preferred mail service to return your item(s). Once we receive and process your returned item(s), your original payment method will be refunded the original purchase price of the returned item(s).
Before you purchase: shipping labels can be costly and there’s no way for us to know the cost of a label until you attempt to return your item(s). The cost of the label depends on the size, weight, and origin address and will be calculated through the return portal.
Return Condition
Returned items that are not defective must be returned in resalable condition with their original packaging. If you return an item that is not resalable we will contact you to discuss a resolution but you will not be entitled to your refund unless the item is deemed a manufacturer defect. Most of the time we will arrange to return the item to you at your own expense.
Your item must be unwashed, unworn (other than to try it on), returned with all of its original packaging, and undamaged. Damage includes, but is not limited to, tears, stains, marks, missing parts, or other cosmetic or functional damage. If you would return a product you would be unhappy receiving, it's probably not resalable.
Transit and Processing Time
Returns typically take 3-10 days to arrive at our warehouse and will be processed at our warehouse within 3 business days from the date of delivery. Please monitor the tracking link provided to you by our return portal and let us know if you suspect troubles with your return package.
Preorders
Preorders are non-refundable. As a small business, preorders allow us to make cool new things with lower risk. Please contact us if you are unhappy with your pre-order.
Further, some banks will not process refunds past 120 days since the posted transaction.
Proof of Purchase Required
Returns can only be processed if you have an order number and the email address or phone number used to place the order.
Without this information, our return portal can't find your order to apply refunds, your info to release store credit, or your address to create a pre-generated return label for exchanges.
Using your own return label
You are responsible for the safe delivery of the shipment if you choose to provide your own label. We advise purchasing shipping insurance to cover any issues with your return. We cannot replace or refund the cost of goods in lost returns unless you use our pre-generated labels.
Final Sale
Any product page on the Carmico website (or associated social media and marketplaces) that lists an item as "Final Sale" pertains to the item on that page and any additional items or add-ons included in the listing.
Items that are final sale cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.
Health & Safety Exceptions
Piercing jewelry (i.e. earrings) cannot be returned unless defective due to health and safety regulations.
Liabilities
Free Returns
We offer free shipping for returns that are to be reimbursed via store credit or exchange. Requests for the reimbursement to be refunded to your original payment method after choosing one of the free options, or choosing the mail-in option for a refund then requesting a free return label will not be accepted as this is an exploitation of this policy. We will make exceptions for changes to the reimbursement method if the customer accepts the associated fee or change to store credit.
Damaged Products
The customer is responsible for the care of Carmico products that they intend to return for reimbursement.
Customers may return item(s) for refund if the item(s) being returned are undamaged unless the customer provides evidence of damage or defect that was caused by manufacturing.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Our customer service team will abide by our policies to come to a reasonable agreement.
If you are concerned that an order you received has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping, please contact us so that we may open an investigation. Customers accept responsibility for damage due to negligence.
