All product shipments have been received by our warehouses. The freebies were delivered to our studio instead of distributed to our warehouses as we had requested, an unfortunate minor delay, but an easy fix! US orders will begin shipping once the freebies arrive, all other orders will begin shipping next Monday once we've finalized all address changes.

Our first shipment arrived today! Others close behind but no confirmation they've cleared customs yet. Fulfillment is still on track for mid October, we just need to see those shipments clear before we lock in addresses.

We recommend updating your address if you've moved. We'll be sending out one more address update reminder one week before fulfillment, so better sooner than later!

Production is about a week away from completion! We're still on track for our estimated timeline, but cautious about ongoing typhoon-related cargo delays near our factories. Once the orders have been loaded onto a vessel, we'll have a better idea about timing to our Canadian and US warehouses, and then fulfillment shortly afterwards.
