Citrus City Update #4 | Address change requests closing

We’re back as expected!

All of the bulk shipments have arrived at their respective warehouses! We’re most of the way there now so we’re putting out a last call for address change requests.

If you have moved since placing your pre-order, or plan to move in the next few weeks, please let us know your new address and the date of your move so we can make sure your order is delivered to the appropriate address.

Please submit any requests to change your address before 5pm EST October 25th. Fulfillment begins on eligible orders starting October 26th.

Minor US freebie delay that should resolve next week

Our tote bag and sticker manufacturers made a mistake and shipped to our studio rather than to the respective warehouses. No problem, since we can just drive them over to our Canadian warehouse on a whim, but anyone in the US will have their order fulfilled once we transfer the totes from our studio in Ontario to our warehouse in Michigan. This should take two to five days, give or take potential customs delays.

All said and done, freebies for US orders will be ready to ship mid to late next week, but if you’d prefer for your order to ship without the freebies, you can let us know. We’ll remove them from your order so they can be processed by our warehouse teams once fulfillment begins next Monday.

Remaining updates

Unless there is a problem with the US freebies shipment, we likely won't issue another update. The next, and most exciting update for you will be a shipping notification! The best of them all. :)
