Orders addressed to countries outside of North America

Orders are subject to local tax regulations. We collect import taxes at checkout, but there are occasions where the postal system will charge you again. We are investigating the issue and hope to have it resolved soon, but if this happens, please reach out to us so we can refund you for the mistake. 

You are responsible for understanding and paying import fees due on your package. Failure to do so may result in failed delivery for which you are not entitled a refund.
