Update #3: Shipments landed, update your address!
Hello esteemed Teahouse guests!
It’s the time we’ve all been waiting for! All shipments have arrived at our warehouses—fulfillment is just around the corner. This is officially the fastest pre-order we’ve ever done.
The only thing left is to secure addresses and finish packing up our thank you card packs! You’ll receive a thank you pack with a post card and Teahouse sticker sheet limited to pre-order customers.
Action Required
Please contact us at hello@carmico.ca to update your address if you’ve moved since placing your order. In the email include your:
- Order number (4XXXX)
- New address
Last day to guarantee address updates: September 7th at 1 PM EST.
Notes about address changes
As there will inevitably be some lollygagging as we approach fulfillment, late address requests are not guaranteed. Tracking information is not updated on your order page until the carriers pick up the pending shipments. Even if you haven’t received a shipping email yet, your order could have already been “picked” which means the warehouse teams have packed your order and printed the label. At this stage, they are incredibly unlikely to go searching through hundreds of orders to cancel and update your label.
We will accommodate requests up to the last viable moment, but we cannot update your address once your order is packed. To guarantee your new address, you must submit address change requests before the cut-off.
