Update #7: Official End to the Starfall Pre-Order!
Hello Stargazers!
We see that everyone (save for less than a dozen orders) has received their order and are thrilled to announce that the pre-order will officially end this Friday. All without a hitch!
As you all may have seen in the last few Carmico social posts, we’re preparing to launch the Starfall restock this Friday, February 7th at 8 pm EST.
If you hope to submit an exchange before the restock launches, the last moment to do so is Thursday, February 6th at 11 am EST. This way we have time to process exchange requests and take final inventory before the launch.
The best way to get an exchange processed is to contact us at hello@carmico.ca and Catie will help you process your exchange. To ensure timely solutions, please provide as much detail as possible in your initial email.
Info to include:
- Order number
- The exact item(s) you have that you want to exchange including any relevant colour or size
- The exact item(s) you don’t have that you want to receive including any relevant colour or size
There are no further updates for this regarding this pre-order. We hope Starfall is everything you hoped it would be and more!
