Update #20: Fulfillment Complete! 🎉
Hello friends!
As of this morning, all orders have been fulfilled and more than 70% have been delivered!
We expect many of you are eagerly awaiting your bags as we share tagged photos on socials. Your bags are just around the corner! We did some quick math and found the following average delivery times:

| Everywhere else | 10 |
There will be some anomalies as these are averages sampled from a large number of orders. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive and keep an eye on your tracking! If you don’t see tracking updates for more than 10 days, that’s usually a good time time to reach out.
A reminder from our last update, once we see all orders have been delivered we will put out our last planned update for the pre-order prompting you to submit any last minute issues with your order before we move onto the restock.
For anyone who hasn’t received their bag yet or hasn’t received a tracking link, we just went through and double checked in-transit tracking numbers to make sure there were no dead links but it’s possible we missed a few. We’ve noticed some of our customers forget which email they used for their orders so if you can’t find your order emails, make sure to check your junk folders in all of your email accounts!
If you have received the tracking update email but suspect your tracking information is incorrect, please reply to this email with your order number so we can investigate.
