Update #6: US tee and hoodie orders fulfilling, bags boarding planes
Hey stargazers!
We’re back with a quick update following our previous post.
US orders fulfilling steadily this week
US orders excluding orders with tote bags have been shipping out steadily over the last few days. Our US fulfillment provider is in the middle of moving to a new facility so fulfillment is a little slower than expected but still going smoothly. Half of the ready orders have shipped so we’re looking good for the end of the week!
Hoodies and tees for non-US orders
The shipment to our Canadian warehouse for all of you outside of the US has just cleared customs and will be on a truck from BC in the next few days. We’re expecting the shipment to arrive by mid next week with orders fulfilling by May 22nd. Please note this is an estimate and is still subject to delays.
Bags shipping
Bag production is now complete and we’re working with the factory to have pre-orders shipped separately via a faster shipping method. We’ll have an update once we get an estimated delivery date.
Second last call for address updates
Please send us an email with any address updates if you don’t plan to move before the end of May and have yet to receive a shipping notification. We’re expecting to fulfill all pre-orders over the next few weeks.
Exchanges
As mentioned in the previous update, exchanges must be requested via email due to a change in our return portal that prevents exclusive access to inventory for pre-order customers. The return portal is fully functional for in-stock orders but we’re working on ways around this for future pre-orders. Thank you for understanding!
