We typically run pre-orders for 2 weeks! For Teahouse, this means we will open on June 6th, and close at the end of the day on June 20th! (Though, we often leave it to the morning of the next day!)

Pre-orders typically take about 4 months to arrive to us from the date of us ordering the bulk goods, not the date that you ordered. We often allow some time in our estimates in case of delay, so you can expect your Teahouse pre-order to begin shipping at the end of Q3, or early Q4!

Remember, early arrivals and delays are always possible, as real people handle your order every step of the way. Arrival times from the date of shipping can vary depending on how far you live from our warehouse!

It depends on the occasion! Make sure the date is well after the estimated ship date, along with buffer time for shipping from us to you! To be very safe, keep it to a late-in-the-year birthday or winter holiday gift!

Yes! We send out an email when we receive the goods, and a week before we ship them out to remind folks to make any edits to their address or order! As long as you ask for the change before we ship, you'll be good!

They will! As always, we get a small percentage of extra stock to restock after preorders are sent. However, now is the best time to order, as you will guarantee that you get what you want!
