The killer is back

Steer clear of Slasher Street!

Strange occurrences are making headlines in the local newspapers. Countless locals have gone missing.

The last place they were seen was on the corner of Slasher Street, right by the graffitied wall that looks like peering eyes.

Inspired by classic slasher films

Don't let the typically soft, upbeat aesthetic of Carmico fool you; from iconic killers to infamous last-girls, horror movies have always been an integral part of my interest and inspiration. Classic, almost-campy slasher flicks of the 90's always brought a lighthearted note to the genre. Fans alike bonded by speculating on what we would do in the slasher victims' shoes. In this line, I wanted to capture the highs and lows of a classic slasher movie, from the carefree beginnings to creeping paranoia, then putting the pieces together then, finally, the big confrontation, ending with the bittersweet relief of being the final girl. I hope you can feel the whimsy in the horror when you take a stroll down Slasher Street!

You see a door

The door handle is dripping blood. Do you notice it, your curiousity compelling you forward? Or do you avoid it, knowing what lies ahead could be your gruesome end?

Intuition or Caution?

You get the sense you're being watched

Peering eyes bore into you around every corner... or is it just your imagination? Do you succumb to your paranoia or is this new piece of evidence enough to steel your resolve?
